- TikTok Spark Ads setup & ongoing optimization
- KPI analysis: CTR, CVR, CPA, GMV
- Supporting angle testing & scaling
- Performance reporting & dashboards
- Close collaboration with the founders
Your Profile
- Experience in performance marketing (TikTok or Meta)
- Strong analytical mindset
- Structured, independent working style
- Fluent English required · German is a plus
- TikTok Shop or affiliate experience is a strong plus

- You can translate Live Commerce concepts for Western brands
- Fluent English · German is a plus
What You'll Do
- Conceive & plan TikTok Live events for international Beauty & Lifestyle brands
- Develop host briefings, show rundowns, product timing & deal mechanics
- Adapt best practices from leading TikTok Live markets for the DACH region
- Close collaboration with our international team
