  • Professioneller Umgang mit Kommentaren in TikTok Shop-Inhalten unserer Creator
  • Brand Safety Monitoring: negative Inhalte frühzeitig erkennen und eskalieren
  • FAQ-Management und Commerce-Response auf Produktfragen und Bestellanfragen
  • Community-Aufbau: Stammzuschauer erkennen, gezielt ansprechen und langfristig binden
  • Wöchentliche Auswertung von Stimmung, Trends und Community-Signalen
Dein Profil
  • Affinität zur Beauty- und Kosmetikwelt, du kennst Produkte, Trends und die Sprache der Branche
  • Hintergrund im Verkauf, in der Beratung oder mit Begeisterung für Beauty und Kundenkontakt ist ein starkes Plus
  • Du chattest gern, schnell und treffend. online wie im echten Leben
  • Sicherer Umgang mit TikTok, du weißt wie sich gute und schlechte Community-Energie anfühlt
  • Reaktionsschnell, empathisch und belastbar auch in schnellen Live-Situationen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich. Englisch ist ein Plus
